A certain friend of mine, who will remain nameless, was thanking me today for introducing her to the delicious, and oh so nutricious, Fiber One Bars! First of all we both agree that they are yummy! But, Laurie, (oops wasn't suppose to say her name. Lol!) says that she is very excited because she is now pooping at least twice a day. I told her thanks for sharing and that maybe I would write about it on my blog. She said, go ahead, no shame, in my game! So hear I am, telling yall. Ha! They really are worth trying. I love them for a snack that I can carry in my purse, and pull out when I need that little something! Love ya Laurie, and your regular bowels!!!

Well I know Im going right out and buying a box!! Thanks for sharing........seriously. You know we gals love to share beauty tips and decorating ideas--why not a good product like Fiber One! Maybe you can save the testimonials that come into your blog and send them into the company for some free bars.

Kimmie, they have muffins too. I haven't tried them but Ilove the chocolate bar. Try the apple one and warm it in the micro for about 12 sec. tastes like warm apple crisp. My husband and daughter eat these too. They both always have gas but I'm not sure if they make them poop. You know me everything makes me go. Have a great day. jen
